Today Wilma is still a family-owned enterprise and a successful developer of urban living spaces.

Wilma Sierra Blanca is a Spanish daughter company of Wilma Europe Holding, a real estate development group with more than 80 years of experience in the real estate sector and more than 100.000 properties developed in Germany, the Netherland, Belgium and the USA.

In 2017 the group decided to invest in Spain to develop distinct luxury property projects in the Costa del Sol. For this purpose, they joined forces with the Spanish prestigious privately owned company SB Developments Partners. Together they founded Wilma Sierra Blanca for Spanish operations.
